A. Cancellation policy for digital content

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

According to Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier if:

• the execution of the contract has begun and
• the consumer has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur may begin executing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

The right of withdrawal therefore expires when the download has been started or the license key has been activated.

Important NOTE:

Please contact us before starting the download or activating the license key if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. This regulation serves to protect both contracting parties and takes into account the special nature of digital products.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation:

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

B. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of digital content if:

• we have started to execute the contract and
• You have expressly agreed that we may begin execution before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
